Terms and Conditions
To order, email to the-jewels-of-fantasy@hotmail.com with the product name, product code, your name & mailing address. We will reply your email with payment details within 48 hours.
Please also note:
1) All prices are in Singapore currency.
2) Normal shipping (local postage) is free, registered mail is an additional of SG$2.24.
3) We only accept interbank transfers.
4) Payment is to be made within 3 days after order confirmation has been sent. Otherwise, we will cancel the order and release the item back for sale again.
5) A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been received.
6) All sales are based on first-come-first serve basis.
7) We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails, we will do our best to ensure that items are properly wrapped. Registered mail is definitely encouraged.
8) We will not entertain any cancellation request once the payment has been received.
9) All sales are final and goods sold are non-refundable.
